Hello!
1. In my opinion, change is a form of evolution if this involves opinions of employees, customers and so on and after the companies make some studies or resarches in this search in order to inovate. Change is not always synonyms with evolution. The change in the company should lead to positive aspects for all the parts (management, emloyees, customers), so this is a delicate subject nowadays. For example, better decisions in promoting a product lead to some changes in company's habites agreed by everyone.
2. The companies which are opponent to changes should take into consideration the risc of not innovating and reamin in the same place or even lower. This fact may lead to losses in benefits and other firms activating in the same filed, which are more open to change, due to the competition will take advanteges. I guess there are companies which are not interested in changing, but this is just a matter of time:).
