1. You have talked about organizational change. Is it always a good thing for companies to change or is it just evolution? Does change equals evolution?
2. Are there companies in specific fields that are more likely to resists than others? Thinking of IT firms, these are more likely to change, but what about those which are more likely to resist? Are there?
