Conference Thematic: The NEO Entrepreneurship Conference

June 5th – 6th2025

Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava

The Rise of Neo-Entrepreneurs! The emergence of "neo-entrepreneurs" necessitates a paradigm shift in our understanding of entrepreneurship. A transition from traditional, ascetic values towards more hedonistic and romantic ideals is observed among entrepreneurs and society. Future-ready entrepreneurs will require a diverse skillset, emphasizing adaptability, creativity, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. Neo-entrepreneurs will prioritize personal growth, individual expression, and collaborative ventures that foster collective creativity.

The first edition of NEO Entrepreneurship Conference will explore a contemporary vision of entrepreneurship, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and the leveraging of emerging technologies. This interdisciplinary forum brings together academics, researchers, and professionals to foster critical dialogue and reflection on the evolving landscape of entrepreneurship. Recognized as vital hubs for innovation and new venture creation, universities play a pivotal role in fostering thriving local and regional entrepreneurial ecosystems.
